我們是專賣臺灣咖啡豆的自家烘焙店，使用低咖啡因的阿拉比卡豆種。咖啡豆種植地主要位於屏東/臺東交界的北大武山脈。生長在高海拔，質地堅實的上等原豆特點是耐高溫烘焙，烘焙時，好的豆子會轉化出揮發性的油脂，為咖啡提供大量的甘醇風味與香氣。 We are home baked store of Arabica beans that planted on North Dawu Mountain Range from 800 m to 1,300 m a.s.l. between Pingtung and Taitung in Taiwan. Although no gorgeous decor, we have professional process to roast coffee beans and are confident in our high-quality, taste good and fascinating coffee.
